Standard rental periods run approximately seven to ten days from delivery, unless otherwise agreed at booking. Extensions can be arranged for an additional fee, confirmed before the extension begins.
Pricing is quoted before delivery and reflects standard delivery, pickup, and landfill fees. Additional charges may apply if the weight allowance for your rented size is exceeded, or if a rental extension is requested. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking.
Hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, batteries, electronics, tires, and appliances containing refrigerants may not be placed in a rented dumpster. Additional restrictions may apply depending on your project; we will confirm any specifics with you before delivery. Placing prohibited items in the dumpster may result in additional disposal fees.
Each dumpster size includes a standard weight allowance. Exceeding this allowance results in an additional per ton overage fee, calculated from the actual weight ticket at the disposal facility.
You are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible and that placement of the dumpster does not violate any homeowners association rules, easements, or property restrictions you are aware of. We include driveway protection on standard deliveries to help prevent surface damage, but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by underlying conditions not visible at delivery.
You can cancel or reschedule your dumpster rental at no charge with at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after delivery has occurred, or with less than 24 hours notice, may be subject to a fee to cover delivery costs already incurred.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dumpster Rentals New Braunfels TX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the rental or use of our equipment, beyond what is set out in your individual rental agreement and applicable insurance coverage.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
